We are seeking a skilled Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing strength training programs for employees participating in corporate wellness and performance initiatives.

The Strength and Conditioning Coach will work closely with the Head Coach to develop and lead high-intensity group training sessions, functional strength development programs, and mobility sessions. They will also conduct daily consultations with members to assess their progress, provide feedback, and create customized training plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement strength training programs for corporate wellness and performance initiatives.
  • Lead high-intensity group training sessions, functional strength development programs, and mobility sessions.
  • Conduct daily consultations with members to assess their progress, provide feedback, and create customized training plans.
  • Collaborate with the Head Coach to develop and implement training blocks (stability → strength → power).
  • Ensure proper form, technique, and safe training practices in every session.
  • Maintain training logs and provide structured feedback on member progress.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • A recognized certification in Strength and Conditioning such as NSCA-CSCS, NASM, ISSA, ACE (S&C specialization), or CrossFit Level 1+.
  • Minimum 18 months of coaching experience in strength training, functional fitness, or performance training.
  • Strong understanding of corrective exercise, injury-prevention techniques, and mobility training.
  • Ability to coach in a holistic, form-first approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for training individuals for performance-driven outcomes.
