Quantitative Aptitude Coach

Our organization seeks a seasoned coach to spearhead quantitative aptitude training for students. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of mathematical concepts and effective coaching techniques.

The role involves delivering comprehensive training programs, crafting engaging lesson plans, and mentoring students to enhance their problem-solving skills. The chosen individual will also be responsible for monitoring student progress, providing personalized feedback, and adapting training strategies as needed.

• Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement high-quality training sessions on quantitative aptitude.
• Design customized lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Assess student performance and offer constructive feedback to promote improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive team environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Significant experience as a quantitative aptitude trainer, coach, or faculty member is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential.
• Familiarity with competitive exams (CAT, GRE, GMAT, Banking, SSC, Campus Placements, etc.) is an added advantage.

Key Qualities:

• Strong command over mathematical concepts, including algebra, geometry, and calculus.
• Ability to simplify complex mathematical ideas and present them in an engaging manner.
• Problem-solving mindset with patience to mentor students from diverse backgrounds.
