We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Compensation and Benefits Advisor. This individual will play a crucial part in aligning our compensation and benefits practices with our overall HR and organizational philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain balance between compliance, cost control, and talent attraction and retention within the organization's compensation structure.
- Contribute to project teams responsible for developing and executing technology roadmaps for market intelligence and annual planning, as well as total rewards centered of excellence.
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative data on key market indicators, interlock with stakeholders, and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain a focus on enterprise-level compensation management activities while understanding unique characteristics of state entities with diverse missions.
- Consult with senior leaders and managers on our compensation philosophy, policies, and structures.
- Research and analyze market data to develop compensation structures, conduct ad-hoc analysis for business leaders on key skills or talent, and perform general market pricing of jobs through salary surveys.
- Support the work of HR professionals within the CoE and contribute to the development of a global Fiserv HR organization delivering value to clients and communities.
- Undertake job evaluations to ensure pay fairness and perception among employees.
- Prepare RFPs, shortlist vendors, and ensure timely completion of appraisal and revision cycles.
Benefits Offerings:
- Lead wellbeing and benefits operations professionals to develop and implement Fiserv India Health and Mental Wellbeing policies and programs.
- Define problem statements, set goals, manage performance, escalate issues, and coach/mentor operations teams across health, wellbeing, and operations functions.
- Collaborate with Fiserv India senior leadership, HR, HQ benefits, and wellbeing teams to build consensus and support for the India Health and Wellbeing Strategy.
- Communicate and brand associate benefits effectively.
- Drive insurance renewal for the Fiserv India entity.
- Develop approaches for administering health and wellbeing programs for Fiserv India in collaboration with local and global teams.
- Obtain vendor market intelligence and help the organization optimize return on investment.
- Manage multiple vendors/services contracts and renewals.
- Lead internal governance of functional metrics and health/insurance dashboards.
- Finalize the annual Fiserv India engagement calendar and enable implementation of events in conjunction with the global and India team.
- Work with Leaders, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and the leadership team to communicate/amplify Fiserv India's Benefits philosophy and educate team members on the value of Total Rewards.
- Manage and monitor health and wellbeing budgets and insurance.
- Own and drive company-wide special projects aligned to team/organizational needs.
