The Opportunity

Experience Required: 0-2 years.

Shift: Rotational (2 weeks Day & 2 weeks Night).

Location: Noida, Sector 90.

You will be responsible for:

  • Generating sales leads through cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities.
  • Handling incoming queries and establishing strong client relationships.
  • Ensuring all leads are well-qualified by identifying the correct decision-makers and understanding their requirements.
  • Passing qualified leads to the manager with the goal of closing the sale.
  • Meting weekly and monthly targets set by the business.

The Profile

  • You have 1 year of experience in an Inside Sales or Sales Development Representative role, preferably in the Legal/IPR industry. Freshers are also welcome.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding your targets if experienced.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker and relationship builder.
  • You are highly goal-driven and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • You are comfortable interacting with international clients.
  • You are comfortable with night shifts.
