International Sales Director

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Business Development Manager to drive international sales growth and expand our global footprint.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business development, and international market expansion.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop International Sales Strategy:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Set and achieve sales targets, expanding our international customer base.
- Build Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with key partners, distributors, and suppliers.
- Collaborate with partners to drive joint business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to align strategies, share best practices, and drive business outcomes.
- Conduct Market Research:
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Analyze sales data, market research, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Manage Sales Forecasts and Pipelines:
- Create and manage accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports.
- Identify and mitigate sales risks, developing strategies to overcome obstacles.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Sales Business Development
- $140,000 - $180,000 per annum
- 8+ years of relevant experience in the industry
