Enterprise Relationship Manager

Job Description:

As an Enterprise Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining long-term partnerships with our esteemed clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless client onboarding, delivery, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client onboarding, ensuring smooth handovers from the sales team.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of client projects, guaranteeing quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-contract signing.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Track client health, proactively address issues, and resolve escalations efficiently.
  • Develop and present account review reports, success metrics, and ROI to clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and opportunities in CRM tools.
  • Identify patterns in client needs and provide feedback to improve our offerings.
