Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnerships and Alliances Associate to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and alliances.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify potential partners and clients that align with our company's mission and goals. Research and build a pipeline of leads for new business opportunities. Develop and implement strategies for generating new leads through various channels.
- Pitching: Craft compelling pitches and presentations tailored to potential partners and clients. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our company's offerings to prospective partners. Lead pitch meetings and negotiations, securing partnerships that drive mutual growth.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and partners. Manage and nurture relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement. Oversee the delivery of services and solutions to clients, coordinating with internal teams to meet expectations. Monitor account performance, providing regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management, within the Agency, youth, or digital media sectors (compulsory).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive pitches and manage client relationships.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing, meeting revenue and securing partnerships.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data to inform decision-making and optimize client outcomes.
