Business Operations Specialist Role

At our organization, we are building India's most loved cat food brand — and scaling fast. We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic and ambitious to work with founders on cross-functional initiatives.

Role Description:

This is an intense, always-on, high-impact role that involves working closely with founders on various business operations. If you enjoy all things business & operations, juggling multiple initiatives, and like rolling up your sleeves to get the job done, this might be the role for you.

The role will involve working with different business functions to solve problems with first-principle thinking, perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, likes solving unstructured problems, and enjoys collaborating across functions.

  • Solve High-Impact Problems: Bring clarity, drive execution, and deliver outcomes on cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners.
  • Collaborate with Sales: Maximise revenue by identifying and fixing funnel leakages, shaping pricing/packaging strategies, and enabling the team with better processes and tools.
  • Work with Customer Success: Drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn through strategic inputs and process design.
  • Drive Revenue and Capacity Planning: Ensure resources and targets are aligned with the team leads.
  • Design and Maintain Key Metrics: Ensure accurate, actionable data is available for decision-making.
