We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partnerships & Outreach: Establish and maintain relationships with schools, international counselors, and education partners. Develop and execute plans to explore collaborations and drive business growth.
  • Sales & Lead Management: Engage with inbound leads (parents/students), provide service explanations, and schedule consultations. Track sales pipelines and follow-up activities.
  • Hiring & Talent: Create and post job descriptions, manage the hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling. Support the onboarding of educators, counselors, and operations staff.
  • Business Operations: Maintain internal trackers (sales, hiring, partnerships). Conduct market research to support new initiatives and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in operations, hiring, business development, or startup roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both students and professionals (parents, school admins, counselors).
  • Highly organized and proactive, with a proven track record of taking initiative.
  • Prior experience in the education sector, youth development, or edtech is highly desirable.
