Job Title: Employee Relations Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking an empathetic and results-driven employee relations professional to spearhead our HR initiatives. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, relish solving complex people and employment-related issues, and demonstrate agility in their approach.

The role is responsible for cultivating and implementing best-in-class employee relations practices and people strategies across the organization, as well as developing deep subject matter expertise to address employment and employee relations matters more broadly.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH BUSINESS CONSULTANTS ACROSS THE U.S.
  • ACTING AS A TRUSTED ADVISOR ON COMPLEX EMPLOYEE RELATIONS ISSUES INCLUDING BUSINESS CONDUCT, TERMINATIONS, RESTRUCTURING, AND HR POLICIES.
  • EVALUATING AND REVIEWING EMPLOYMENT DECISIONS TO RESOLVE EMPLOYEE CONCERNS EFFECTIVELY AND FAIRLY.
  • DESIGNING AND IMPLEMENTING DATA-DRIVEN ER MODELS AND TRENDING ANALYSIS TO INFLUENCE DECISIONS AND IMPROVE CONSULTANT EXPERIENCES.
  • GENERATING NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH CONSULTANT REFERRALS AND REDEPLOYMENT.
  • HANDLING A CASELOAD OF HIGH-COMPLEXITY ER MATTERS AND INTERNAL INVESTIGATIONS.
  • COLLaborating with service delivery managers to strengthen consultant retention and engagement.
