Business Development Professional Opportunity
You will be responsible for sourcing new customers and managing existing relationships to grow a Loan Against Property (LAP) and Affordable Housing Loan portfolio. This role involves business development, credit analysis, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth: Source new clients through market visits, channel partners, and referrals. Promote LAP and affordable home loan products in an assigned territory. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders like builders, real estate agents, and DSA partners.
- Credit Evaluation: Conduct initial credit evaluation and financial analysis of customers. Ensure compliance with documentation standards and liaise with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursement of loans.
- Sales Performance: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for LAP and affordable loans. Monitor performance and proactively take corrective actions to ensure goals are met.
- Market Insights: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies. Provide feedback and insights to product and marketing teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. An MBA is preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales of LAP, home loans, or affordable housing loans.
- Knowledge of local market and customer base. Understanding of lending norms and credit assessment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven sales and negotiation abilities. Customer-centric mindset. Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good knowledge of financial documents and credit underwriting.
