About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work collaboratively with the advisory team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  2. Partner with clients to define their ideal finance operating model, develop optimal finance processes, and establish key controls.
  3. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective planning and analytics-based solutions.
  4. Develop and implement planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for CFO organizations.
  5. Oversee and manage finance transformation programs, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent skills in finance transformation, CFO advisory, and problem-solving.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in client-facing work, with excellent client handling capabilities under challenging circumstances.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
