Business Expansion Specialist

The Business Expansion Specialist will play a key role in driving business growth through strategic initiatives and client relationship nurturing.

  • Negotiate terms with clients, including product specifications, payment terms, and timelines, and ensure timely execution of orders.
  • Maintain relationships with customers to facilitate understanding of their requirements and resolve queries promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for integrated solutions and report to management.
  • Document customer specifications and forward them to relevant departments.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely delivery of goods as per the delivery schedule.
  • Communicate changes in order specifications to concerned departments.
  • Ensure collections from clients according to contractual agreements.
  • Adhere to policies/processes to enhance response quality and minimize response time to customer queries.
  • Establish service centers or identify partner agencies for prompt after-sales support.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers on post-sales issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints within stipulated timelines.
  • Log and update customer interaction activities in appropriate systems.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries/issues during sales finalization, execution, or post-execution.

Key Requirements include:

  • Providing input into the formulation of a sales plan by identifying potential clients, highlighting customer needs, and forecasting market trends.
  • Ensuring adherence to sales budgets at the territory level.
  • Monitoring sales targets at the territory/vertical level on a weekly basis, highlighting deviations, and initiating corrective actions as needed.
