Job Overview
We're seeking a seasoned Business Finance expert to lead our global expansion efforts. This role will be instrumental in driving the financial strategy to scale consumer brands into market-leading positions across Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute financial strategies to achieve robust revenue growth with sustainable profit margins.
• Harness advanced technology and local market expertise to unlock expansion into new markets.
• Optimize demand planning, inventory investment, and pricing for high-value durable products using AI-powered forecasting and data analytics.
• Establish solid financial foundations to support both new product line launches and scaling of existing lines.
Requirements:
• 4-5 years of finance experience in business finance, including significant exposure to retail/e-commerce in fashion or softline categories across Asian markets.
• Deep understanding of multi-channel retail (online/offline) and cross-border operations in Asia.
• Proven ability to drive businesses through inception and scaling stages.
• Strong strategic finance and business partnership skills.
Desirable Skills:
• Data-driven and tech-savvy, experienced in leveraging modern tools (BI systems, automation, AI) for forecasting, scenario analysis, and decision support.
