Technical Support Specialist

We're seeking a skilled professional to provide technical expertise to escalated support issues, collaborating with various teams to diagnose challenges and find solutions.
This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Experience with JIRA, Salesforce, or enterprise CRM tools is also desirable.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Collaborating with the Implementation team to ensure seamless integration of our product;
- Maintaining a positive attitude and communicating effectively with colleagues;
- Mediating meetings with clients and vendors;
