The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service or technical support, knowledge of Odessa and its functionalities, and strong problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via email, forms, or telephone. They will diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to Odessa, perform configuration changes, and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
In this role, you will also maintain accurate records of user interactions and technical issues in the ticketing system, provide timely follow-up with users, and assist with user account management. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles and documentation for common issues and solutions.
