Job Title: Lead Technical Support Engineer
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to lead our technical support team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support services to our customers.

- Identify hardware and software requirements related to product implementation.">
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in hardware and software infrastructure.">
- Design highly available product deployment architecture, networking architecture, and storage architecture, virtualization architecture.">
- Design network security as per customer requirement.">
- Deploy hardware, software, and application monitoring tools.">
- Use automation for deployments and system upgrades.">
- Diagnose customer-reported problems or configuration issues and recommend possible solutions within agreed service level agreements.">
- Provide technical reviews of user documentation, product requirements documents, product videos, and other functional specifications.">
- Assist with knowledge-sharing initiatives, product release training, and documentation.">
- Participate in design reviews of high-level designs and low-level designs with customers.">
- Evaluate new technologies.">
- Create customer-requested reports and customer communication.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.">
- At least 9 years of experience in software and hardware infrastructure implementation and support.">
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.">
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.">
- Knowledge of hardware and software infrastructure, including networking, storage, and virtualization.">
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages.">
- Ability to travel to onsite locations (PAN India + International).">
