Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support group, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers and end-users.

Your primary role will involve resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive reputation for our organization.

You will work closely with various stakeholders, including users, technical teams, and service management platforms to deliver seamless support across multiple IT functions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing technical assistance to end-users via phone, email, or remote access.
  • Resolving technical issues promptly and effectively.
  • Managing service requests, incidents, and changes using ITSM tools.
  • Supporting user onboarding, access provisioning, and basic resource requests.
  • Monitoring system health and generating service performance reports.
  • Guiding users through self-service portals and support documentation.
  • Coordinating with escalation teams for complex issue resolution.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in IT service desk, help desk, or technical support.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services support.
  • Proficiency in ITIL framework and service management processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in application and infrastructure support.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and basic system monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Additional Skills
  • Proficiency in GCP, specifically console navigation, IAM role assignments, compute engine, cloud storage, monitoring dashboards, billing usage analysis, and cost monitoring.
  • Certifications such as ITIL Foundation and Google Cloud Digital Leader or Associate Cloud Engineer are preferred.
