As a High Salary Zonal Manager, you will play a pivotal role in representing the company as a People Brand Ambassador and collaborating with business units to implement effective Talent strategies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and offer management.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead hiring for critical leadership roles, niche positions, and volume-based roles, particularly in sales.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention: Conduct employee engagement surveys, develop action plans, and drive initiatives to reduce attrition, especially among high-turnover segments like insurance sales staff.
  • Compliance & HR Operations: Ensure labor law compliance across branches, oversee timely payroll inputs, and maintain HRIS accuracy.
  • Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with Function Heads to plan and implement people strategies, coordinating with teams across centers.
