Front Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations at 7septagency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Train and supervise office staff, including receptionists, security guards, and call center agents.
- Schedule shifts to ensure adequate coverage and minimize downtime.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling complaints and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot emergencies and ensure the prompt resolution of issues.
- Monitor stock levels and order office supplies as needed.
- Ensure proper mail distribution and maintain accurate records of office expenses.
- Prepare and monitor the office budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and transparency.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Front Desk Manager or Reception Manager, with a strong background in customer service and office management.
- Hands-on experience with office machines, including fax machines and printers.
- Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management, and basic bookkeeping procedures.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and a high school diploma; additional certification is a plus.
