**Job Title:** Customer Success Manager

This is an opportunity to take on a leadership role and drive customer success. We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the delivery of our solutions and ensure that customers achieve their desired outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UC/CCaaS Solutions, VoIP & SIP Protocols, Cloud Migration, AI-driven Automation, Incident/Release Management, Stakeholder Engagement, and Customer Success Management. They will be able to build strong relationships with customers and provide guidance on how to get the most out of our solutions.

We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively with our sales team to identify opportunities for growth and development. The successful candidate will be able to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to showcase the value delivered by our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building trust and long-term relationships.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs to demonstrate the value delivered by our solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years experience in customer success management or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of UC/CCaaS Solutions, VoIP & SIP Protocols, Cloud Migration, AI-driven Automation, Incident/Release Management, Stakeholder Engagement, and Customer Success Management.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and provide guidance on how to get the most out of our solutions.
