As a Client Advocate, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our solutions.

You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reinforcing a customer-centric culture.
  • Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide a feedback loop on our products and ensure the customer experience.
  • Ensure alignment of client success initiatives, insights and actions with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations Departments.
  • Align with Business Analyst around key metrics and objectives, including a plan of action for understanding at-risk clients, growth opportunities, and developing a strategy to execute against an account plan together.
  • Manage the ongoing post-sales experience with the client, including registration, ongoing optimization, monitoring classroom experience, monitoring usage to determine if upsell opportunities exist and mitigating risks to ensure a healthy return of business.
  • Attend stakeholder calls & Project manage call for actions of all stakeholder meetings.
  • Execute thank-you mail campaign for the client DM.
  • Send gift basket to qualified client DM.
  • Send CEO book campaign to all qualified client DMs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Open to work in EST shift.
  • Prior experience in the said profile.
