  • Ensure the successful delivery of services to clients by overseeing resources, processes, and service delivery teams. The ultimate goal is to guarantee timely delivery of high-quality services that meet client expectations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure performance aligns with set standards.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding service-related issues, incidents, and escalations, providing clear communication and prompt resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams (technical, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery meets client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key client stakeholders through regular engagement and active listening.
  • Communicate proactively with clients to ensure satisfaction with services and identify areas for improvement, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular service reviews with clients to understand their evolving needs and implement improvements accordingly.
  • Lead and develop the service delivery team, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.
  • Regularly review employee performance, provide training opportunities, and promote alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and customer-centric environment within the service delivery team.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and drive change initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams to continuously improve operational practices and deliver exceptional service quality.
  • Manage resources effectively across multiple projects and tasks to meet client needs and deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of IT services and delivery frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
  • Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Display strong leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools.
