Director of Client Success

The Director of Client Success role at a leading advertising agency involves overseeing the client servicing function for a major branch. This includes building and nurturing long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to drive strategic account growth and identify new opportunities within existing clients.

This position requires collaborating with leadership to define business plans and account strategies, managing and mentoring a team of servicing professionals, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.

Oversight responsibilities include executing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards, and working closely with creative, strategy, and digital teams to deliver effective communication solutions.

Key duties:

  • Overseeing the client servicing function for a major branch.
  • Nurturing long-term client relationships and driving strategic account growth.
  • Collaborating with leadership to define business plans and account strategies.
  • Managing and mentoring a team of servicing professionals.
  • Executing campaigns and ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in client servicing/account management (preferably in advertising, branding, or digital agencies).
  • Strong relationship-building and leadership skills.
  • Experience in managing large accounts and multi-industry clients.
  • Able to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Team leader and mentor, capable of guiding and inspiring others.
