- Proactively identify and resolve client issues to ensure prompt follow-up and high client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services and packages to maximize account potential.
- Conduct periodic business reviews with clients to analyze account performance.
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing discussions with clients to secure mutually beneficial terms.
