Key Account Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead key account management and growth in the tours and travel sector.

  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with valued clients.
  • Understand client-specific travel needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop strategies for revenue growth, increased client loyalty, and business profitability.
  • Set objectives and monitor performance for each key account.
  • Conduct regular assessments of client needs and propose customized travel solutions aligned with their business goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Proactively identify and resolve client issues to ensure prompt follow-up and high client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services and packages to maximize account potential.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews with clients to analyze account performance.
  • Negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing discussions with clients to secure mutually beneficial terms.
