
Chief Client Advocate

This role is a pivotal component of our organization, responsible for overseeing one or more client accounts and serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with customers, connect with key business executives and stakeholders, and ensure effective communication between the client and departments within the organization.
- Project Management: Oversee project planning, budgeting, and project execution to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Account Development: Manage and develop client accounts to foster a favourable relationship with clients.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in account management in the industry or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
