Job Title: Account Manager

This role is a pivotal component of our organization, responsible for overseeing one or more client accounts and serving as the primary point of contact for clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with customers, connect with key business executives and stakeholders, and ensure effective communication between the client and departments within the organization.
  • Project Management: Oversee project planning, budgeting, and project execution to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Account Development: Manage and develop client accounts to foster a favourable relationship with clients.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in account management in the industry or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
