
Senior Client Advocate

We are seeking an experienced professional to act as the key liaison between our organization and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a deep understanding of client service excellence.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated client needs and inquiries.
- Understand client goals and proactively identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, or process optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of seamless client experiences.
- Lead regular check-ins, performance reviews, and engagement reporting with clients.
- Develop and execute tailored engagement strategies to increase satisfaction and retention.
- Track client feedback and work with relevant teams to implement improvements.
- Mentor and support junior associates and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer experience roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and meet KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Experience using CRM or client management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for creating positive client experiences.
