Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Housekeeping Operations Manager to join our team at AccorHotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Prepare and analyze monthly profit and loss statements, identify deviations from business plan goals, and develop strategies for improvement.
- Operations Excellence: Ensure that all areas of the hotel meet the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and efficiency. Conduct regular quality control inspections and provide feedback to staff.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including engineering, food and beverage, and front office, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the housekeeping department, including room cleanliness, turnaround times, and guest satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software and technology, including property management systems and inventory management tools.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
