
Strategic Brand Growth Leader

We are seeking an experienced Brand Solutions Professional to act as a bridge between brand strategy and client servicing. This role requires someone with strong strategic thinking, client management expertise, and creative problem-solving skills to craft impactful brand solutions.
The ideal candidate will lead client relationships, design strategies for brand growth, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, integrated campaigns.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end client servicing and account management for key brands.
- Partner with clients to understand business challenges and develop brand strategy & communication solutions.
- Drive brand campaign planning and execution in collaboration with creative, media, tech, and design teams.
- Presentation of strategy decks, campaign ideas, and performance reviews to senior stakeholders.
- Builddeliver strong client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
- Ensure timely delivery, high-quality output, and measurable impact on client business objectives.
- Mentor and guide account executives and brand strategists within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience in brand strategy / brand servicing / account management in advertising, digital, or integrated agencies.
- A strong portfolio of working with top brands and campaigns (award-winning campaigns is a plus).
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate brand insights into creative and strategic campaigns.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong client relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
