Job Title: Business Growth Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to drive business growth and oversee user and merchant expansion across our entire lifecycle, from performance marketing to retention strategies.

About You:

You should be a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability. You have 8-10 years of experience in marketing and have worked across both B2C and B2B funnels.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Drive app installs, signups, merchant acquisition and engagement
  • Design lifecycle journeys (email, push, in-app) to improve customer lifetime value and reduce churn
  • Run A/B tests, segment users, and personalize communication
  • Track and optimize customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, retention, CPA, ROAS
  • Own agency relationships and budgets with hands-on execution capability

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years in marketing
  • Experience across both B2C and B2B funnels
  • Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, HubSpot
  • Strong analytics and experimentation mindset
  • Fintech/app/payments background is a strong plus
