Our company is seeking a highly organized and professional Front Office Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, creating a welcoming environment that showcases our company's values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
  • Answer phone calls professionally, transferring calls or taking messages as needed.
  • Schedule appointments efficiently, confirming details with clients and colleagues.
  • Manage mail and correspondence, ensuring prompt distribution and response.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area, common spaces, and facilities.
  • Handle office correspondence, queries, and complaints in a polite and courteous manner.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  • Perform various clerical tasks, such as faxing, transcribing, and filing documents.
  • Assist with event planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Support the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, and termination processes.

Requirements:
  • A professional attitude and appearance at all times.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
