Our company is seeking a highly organized and professional Front Office Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, creating a welcoming environment that showcases our company's values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
- Answer phone calls professionally, transferring calls or taking messages as needed.
- Schedule appointments efficiently, confirming details with clients and colleagues.
- Manage mail and correspondence, ensuring prompt distribution and response.
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area, common spaces, and facilities.
- Handle office correspondence, queries, and complaints in a polite and courteous manner.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
- Perform various clerical tasks, such as faxing, transcribing, and filing documents.
- Assist with event planning, coordination, and execution.
- Support the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, and termination processes.
Requirements:
- A professional attitude and appearance at all times.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
