Customer Experience Associate

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate - Data Operations at Amazon. In this role, you will be part of the AWS Solutions organization, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business applications that are used by millions of companies worldwide.
Job DescriptionYou will perform data collection tasks related to an Amazon device, application, or service, execute tasks assigned to you on a daily basis by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and predefined guidelines, participate in process improvement to increase the quality, efficiency, and accuracy of your teams' processes, partner with your team manager when your work is delayed or blocked due to technical issues, report issues with tools and software to the development team when necessary, and maintain strict confidentiality and follow all applicable Amazon policies for securing confidential information.
Key Responsibilities- Perform data collection tasks related to an Amazon device, application, or service.
- Execute tasks assigned to you on a daily basis by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and predefined guidelines.
- Participate in process improvement to increase the quality, efficiency, and accuracy of your teams' processes.

Benefits- Estimated salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 per annum.
- Average annual bonus: 10% of base salary.
- Overtime pay: time and a half for hours worked over 40 in a week.
- Paid vacation: 20 days per year.
- Paid sick leave: 10 days per year.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- 0-2 years of experience in a contact center or equivalent.
- Ability to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
- This role requires the individual to work from Hyderabad office.
- Must have PAN # and E-Aadhaar.
- High attention to detail.
