Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business strategies for modern trade channels
- Implement marketing initiatives for increasing market share through brand awareness and advertising
- Analyze data to identify opportunities in the market and relevant tea category products
The ideal candidate will have:
- 7-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tea or food sectors
- A degree in business administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with retail platforms and chains
- Strong planning and analytical skills
This is a full-time role located in Mumbai, responsible for handling multiple states (Maharashtra, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, etc.)
We are seeking a strong leader who can manage teams, promoters, and merchandisers effectively. The selected candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, market development, sales management, stakeholder relationships, marketing, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
