You'll be responsible for developing and executing the commercial business strategy for Bangalore, identifying regional market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes to drive business expansion.
This includes building strong relationships with local industry forums, associations, and networks, driving acquisition of enterprise and mid-market clients across Bangalore and surrounding areas. Your goal will be to own and deliver revenue targets, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and conversion.
This role requires a proven track record of achieving regional revenue targets and scaling businesses. You'll lead negotiations and close large-value deals with regional accounts, manage P&L for the region, and oversee client delivery, onboarding, and customer satisfaction.
As a leader, you'll provide mentorship, set performance KPIs, and drive a culture of accountability and growth. If you have 5-12 years of experience in B2B business leadership, sales, or regional business management, excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, and strong commercial acumen with hands-on P&L management experience, we want to hear from you.
