Job Title: Business Development Head - Facility Management

Position Overview:

The Business Development Head is responsible for driving growth and expanding the client base within the Facility Management industry. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the FM Industry, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
  • Analyze market data and client feedback to refine business development strategies.
  1. Lead Generation and Networking:
  • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and industry events.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  1. Sales and Business Development:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Lead negotiations and close contracts with prospective clients.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
  1. Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with senior management to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
  • Provide regular updates and detailed reports on business development activities and outcomes.
  1. Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage budgets for business development initiatives.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets set by the company.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to sales and business development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8 to 15+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the Facility Management industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of facility management services, solutions, and industry best practices.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage key stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
