Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Technique Control Facility Management Pvt Ltd.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our facilities operations team in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring that all areas are maintained to a high standard.
  • To lead a team of HK Supervisors and Janitors, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties effectively.
  • To identify and mitigate potential hazards, ensuring that all safety measures are in place to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • To conduct regular walkthroughs of the facility to monitor cleaning standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • To prepare and submit regular reports on facility maintenance and operations.
  • To train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and soft skills.
Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of 30,000 INR per month (approximately), along with additional benefits and opportunities for growth and development.

Please note that this role requires the ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business needs of the organization.
