Facilities Operations Director

Cultfit Healthcare Pvt LTD is seeking an experienced Regional Lead - Facilities to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities across various locations. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in managing multiple teams and projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilities Management: Ensure efficient operation of all facilities, including Cult, FF, and other formats, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Ticket Management: Manage facilities tickets raised by center Ops, Audits, and quality teams through ticketing tools, adhering to SLA standards.
- Process Implementation: Implement systems and procedures for facilities-related support across operations, aligning with pre-determined budgets.
- Cost Efficiency: Develop annual operating plans (AOPs), execute support services within specified budgets, and identify cost optimization initiatives to achieve predetermined savings.
- Vendor Management: Oversee vendors, including designated SPOCs, manage backups for key vendors, and conduct regular facilities inspections to ensure quality workmanship.
- Asset Protection: Conduct business continuity testing on equipment and machines, working closely with AMC providers and performing periodical preventive maintenance.
- Refresh and Facelift: Supervise planning, execution, and tracking of refresh/facelift jobs, coordinating routine maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments, while budgeting and estimating costs.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on workmanship and materials used by vendors, identifying areas for improvement and articulating benefits.
- Data Management: Maintain and share data/MIS related to facilities at respective regions, including provisions, PPM schedules, cost trackers, and budget vs actual sheets.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular checks and verifications to ensure all systems and processes function efficiently, supervising schedules to minimize downtime.
- Team Handling: Clearly define goals, communicate organizational and functional deliverables, build a motivated team aiming to exceed expectations, and implement training, retention strategies, employee satisfaction, and succession planning.
- Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in facilities management, preferably in a healthcare or similar industry.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
