Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at ReSource Pro. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the administrative and facilities functions, including staff and contractor management, inventory control, and office operations. Your primary goal will be to maintain a safe, well-maintained environment for all occupants while ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular facilities inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
  • C coordinate Facilities operation and maintenance works, ensuring timely completion and adherence to contracts.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, negotiating high-quality work and cost-effective solutions.
  • Assist in budget planning and monitoring for facility-related expenses, maintaining financial accountability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support their facility-related needs, fostering a cohesive work environment.
  • Analyze data to create infographic dashboards and presentations using tools like Power BI and MS Excel.
  • Prepare contract agreements, including BOQs, scope of work, and SLAs.
  • Review meeting plans, record minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain highest standards of document control procedures.
  • Develop and disseminate information bulletins and dashboards for the Admin & Facilities team.
  • Update facility assets lists and registers periodically.
Security Management Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Security team within the campus, focusing on loss prevention, fire safety, and emergency management.
  • Monitor office security systems, including access control and CCTV, providing compliance reports to management.
  • Manage physical and automated security systems, ensuring the security of employees and equipment.
  • Conduct security audits and update security records daily.
  • Maintain attendance and shift rosters for security personnel.
Housekeeping Management Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and monitor housekeeping services to provide a clean, healthy, and hygienic working environment.
  • Plan, organize, and direct team members to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Purchase, reorder, and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
  • Conduct pre-event inspections of facilities to ensure readiness.
  • Maintain the housekeeping budget, providing billing summaries and expenses.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-6 years' experience as an executive in a reputable organization.
  • Proven ability to generate high-level reports, portfolios, and presentations using advanced tools like Power BI and MS Excel.
  • Good career track record with reputable IT/ITES/FM companies.
  • Add advantage if familiar with administration and knowledge management principles.

Salary: ₹650,000 - ₹900,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
