Revenue Performance Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective revenue strategy for assigned hotels.
- Collaborate with hotel teams to drive revenue growth and optimize performance.
- Analyze results, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide regular performance reports and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Support the GM in developing and executing revenue strategy.
- Prepare and present monthly revenue forecasts and performance reports.
- Implement revenue management initiatives, including overbooking length of stay.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual revenue budget.
- Host weekly Revmax meetings to review performance and set goals.
- Communicate quality and data processes to relevant teams.
- Support sales and reservations teams as needed.
- Provide availability and minimum rate for group quotations.
- Analyze contracts and public performance.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support and monitor the reservations department.
- Educate stakeholders on revenue management best practices.
