As a key member of the Accor team, the Revenue Management Director, ibis will be responsible for leading the revenue management strategy for 23 ibis and ibis styles hotels in India. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with hotel leadership to achieve revenue budgets and market share targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Topline Performance: Lead the revenue management team and collaborate with hotel leadership to achieve revenue budgets and market share targets. Analyze market and hotel data to create and implement pricing strategies, including tactical campaigns and promotions. Conduct monthly performance reviews and guide hotels on strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Revenue Management Expertise: Develop and implement best-in-class revenue management practices across the ibis and ibis styles portfolio. Ensure efficient use of revenue management systems (RMS) and data quality. Identify and streamline revenue management processes.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate the revenue management team, fostering professional growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams like marketing, sales, and digital to develop comprehensive revenue strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration/Business Administration with 8+ years of hotel industry experience (prior revenue management experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of leading revenue management for multiple hotels.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Multicultural awareness and a willingness to learn and adapt.
