Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless performance of our instruments and delivering world-class customer experience.



Main Responsibilities:



  • Develop strong relationships with customers to project Thermo Fisher as a valued partner.
  • Collaborate with customers to achieve the team's commercial goals.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update all necessary records related to customers.
  • Guide customers in planning and maintaining optimum spare stock.


Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics/Instrumentation with a minimum of 75% marks in aggregate.
  • Proven experience (4-5 years) in handling XRF instruments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • In-depth knowledge of XRF is necessary to manage and grow the business.
  • Ability to manage customer requirements and applications.
  • Experience working in the Metal & Cement Industries is required.
