Job Description

  • As a Customer Service Operations Specialist at Lennox, you will evaluate and process customer inquiries for price, availability, order placement, and return goods authorizations.
  • You will assist with open order management and mass order change requests from our supply chain partners.
  • Referring complex situations to the corporate team is also a key aspect of this role.

Key Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Lennox Products, Processes, and Procedures is essential.
  • Ability to learn and understand basic HVAC terminology.
  • Prior experience navigating SAP, Salesforce, MS Office, LennoxPros, Touchpoint, and other relevant applications.
  • Able to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
  • Desire for professional and personal growth.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and Enghouse/Touchpoint is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, technically apt, and adaptable.
  • Teamwork-focused individual.
