Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our team at Lennox Industries. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for evaluating and processing customer inquiries for price, availability, order placement, and return goods authorizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and process customer inquiries for residential equipment and commercial parts.
  • Assist with open order management and mass order change requests from our supply chain partners.
  • Refer complex situations to the corporate team for processing.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Lennox Products, Processes, and Procedures.
  • Ability to learn and understand basic HVAC terminology.
  • Prior experience and ability to navigate SAP, Salesforce, MS Office, LennoxPros (Repair Part Finder), Touchpoint, and other relevant applications.
  • Able to meet SLA requirements.
  • Desire to learn and develop professionally.
  • SAP, Salesforce, and Enghouse/Touchpoint experience.
  • Detail-oriented, technically adept, and adaptable.
  • Teamwork-focused and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
