Customer Service Operations Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our team at Lennox Industries. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for evaluating and processing customer inquiries for price, availability, order placement, and return goods authorizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process customer inquiries for residential equipment and commercial parts.
- Assist with open order management and mass order change requests from our supply chain partners.
- Refer complex situations to the corporate team for processing.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Lennox Products, Processes, and Procedures.
- Ability to learn and understand basic HVAC terminology.
- Prior experience and ability to navigate SAP, Salesforce, MS Office, LennoxPros (Repair Part Finder), Touchpoint, and other relevant applications.
- Able to meet SLA requirements.
- Desire to learn and develop professionally.
- SAP, Salesforce, and Enghouse/Touchpoint experience.
- Detail-oriented, technically adept, and adaptable.
- Teamwork-focused and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
