Job Title: Customer Care Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Toast. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including phone, chat, and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your knowledge of Toast's products and services to answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver a top-tier customer experience by utilizing creative problem-solving skills and consistent probing to craft accurate and timely outcomes for our customers.
- Follow Toast's procedures to escalate and coordinate customer responses in accordance with our values.
- Expand your knowledge of Toast's hardware and software through professional development time, trainings, knowledge base articles, and hands-on experience.
Requirements:
- 3.5 to 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role responsible for customer satisfaction and championing the customer experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and influencing skills.
- Success operating independently and navigating competing priorities in a constantly changing environment.
- Proven track record of success navigating and troubleshooting technical tools.
- Strong abilities in teamwork, communication, and collaboration for effective interaction with colleagues and customers.
Special Considerations:
- Experience working in the tech industry or for a SaaS company.
- Open to schedules that may include weekends, holidays, and nights.
