About the Role:

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing a network of franchise partners. This role involves optimizing existing franchisee performance, identifying new opportunities, and leveraging strong relationship-building skills within the pharmaceutical industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Franchise Network Development:
  • Identify prospective franchise partners and conduct feasibility assessments to determine their potential for success.
  • Negotiate franchise agreements that align with our business objectives.
  • Revenue Growth:
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct sales and franchisee channels.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
  • Franchisee Management:
  • Onboard new franchisees with comprehensive product training and compliance guidelines.
  • Provide ongoing support, including regular visits, performance reviews, and coaching, to ensure targets are met.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Gather competitor data, track market developments, and provide feedback insights to the regional sales head.
  • Recommend strategic initiatives to capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
  • Reporting & Administration:
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and franchisee performance reports.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 2-5 years of overall experience in pharmaceutical sales or franchise/channel development roles.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical products, regulatory norms, and market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
