Key responsibilities include:

Account Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at educational institutions.

Ensure seamless communication and consistent engagement to drive growth and satisfaction.

Business Growth & Expansion:

Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.

Lead the onboarding process of new educational institutions, providing tailored support and guidance.

Training & Development:

Provide comprehensive training and support to clients, empowering them to effectively utilize our platform.

Maintain and manage CRM systems to track progress, client issues, and feedback.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Regularly analyze growth metrics and ensure goals are met.

Share timely updates with internal teams and clients regarding performance, issues, and opportunities.
