We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by the company.
- Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure their retention.
- Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Craft business proposals and contracts to secure more revenue from clients.
- Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Equip staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in consumption to ensure our offerings remain relevant.
Requirements:
- Masters in Business Administration/BTech (Electrical/Mechanic/Civil).
- Extensive sales experience (Freshers can apply).
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Professional yet affable disposition.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Great networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
