Director of Client Services

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead client relationships in India and beyond. This role will set the standard for how we interact with senior stakeholders, ensuring delivery teams meet expectations and build long-term trust.

This position oversees a team that translates business goals into actionable strategies and identifies opportunities before they arise. You will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking guidance on future initiatives.

The ideal candidate will own relationships with senior marketing decision-makers across enterprise and fast-growth tech accounts to drive revenue growth. They will guide internal teams to deliver strategies, campaigns, and content that meet business needs. Additionally, they will anticipate client requirements and bring proactive solutions.

  • Manage senior-level relationships with key marketing decision-makers to drive revenue growth
  • Lead internal teams to develop strategies, campaigns, and content that meet business objectives
  • Proactively identify and address client needs to drive long-term success
  • Balances commercial acumen with creative sensibility to ensure project timelines, margins, and impact are met
  • Develop, coach, and grow a team of consultative partners

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in client service (agency side, B2B is a plus)
  • Strong ability to hold a room with senior CMOs and marketing leaders
  • Able to manage both detail and direction
  • Track record of running multi-market accounts
