
Strategic Banking Partnership Development Manager

The primary responsibility of this role is to build and manage strategic partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to expand business capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential partners by researching their strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with the company's business objectives.
- Evaluate the alignment of partner business goals with the company's strategic objectives and assess associated risks and opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with partner banks and financial institutions through regular communication, clear expectations, milestones, and objectives.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure partnerships meet regulatory requirements and align with business goals.
- Drive growth and new initiatives by collaborating with partners to identify joint growth opportunities that drive revenue growth.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Graduate or postgraduate degree with 3-7 years of relevant experience in the financial services space, preferably in banking, payment networks, fintech companies, or OEM companies.
- Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with changing market conditions.
- Strong network in the banking and NBFC space.
- High energy team player with willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
