
Partnerships Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to strengthen our domestic partnerships network across Central India.
This role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with state tourism boards, attractions, and other key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in client relationship management, partnerships, and business development, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic partners including state tourism boards, attractions, and hospitality brands.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Conduct partner meetings, present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements aligned with strategic goals.
- Lead discussions on contracts and agreements with tourism boards and state bodies; ensure all deliverables are aligned and achieved.
- Work towards defined sales and partnership goals while identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Represent the organization in partner meetings, trade events, and roadshows across Central India.
- Monitor tourism trends, competitor strategies, and partner developments to support decision-making and strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, supply, marketing) to ensure alignment on partner deliverables.
